Torch ID

So one of my LFS had this torch that I picked up. According to them a long time ago they had a torches in their display tank that spawned and had little baby torches pop up all of there tank. When they broke down that tank they cut the rock to keep the torches because they could not get them out. It is continuing to grow on this rock, but the crazy part is I can not see any skeletal structure to it. It never grows up, just encrusts for a lack of a better word. He has great colors, almost like a dragon soul but I have no idea. Thoughts?

I am no expert, but I am guessing you are going to need a pic with more white. It is going to be hard to tell what the actually color of the coral is under blue lighting.
