I had a torch die and then a hammer started to degrade so I did a coral dip and these came off what are they??

Those are amphipods - they are harmless, and even beneficial scavengers/detritivores/algae eaters. There are hundreds of them in most tanks.
I’d be looking at a param issue for what killed your corals.
