I have 2 troches that are not doing so good any tips would be appreciated,
Parameters are all with in range.

PO4 = .07
NO3= 10.8
KH= 11
CA= 440
MG= 1,440
PH= 8.2
SG= 1.025
And those have been stable for weeks (NO3 moves a little but with in 10 and upper 9’s
Here is a vid.
They were taking food ok I tried to give them different food like PE pellets, frozen missis, frozen brine mixed with Red Sea Coral aminos and some times they have produced this mucus but they were fine I gess mucus means they rejected the food?? Any tips or thoughts should I just leave them alone stop feeding, please let me know what you think

Mucus means they're pooping usually.

How long have they been in the tank?

@Rocks reef

Is the mucus coming from the mouth and is it brownish or black? Or is it coming from other areas of the torch?

I agree, they don’t look bad. Your parameters look spot on. I have 8 torches and two are almost 5 years old and have been fragged many times. I don’t spot feed them, they may catch some food when I broadcast feed.

The torches produce the mucous as a defense. The large size “food” you are giving them is too large and is irritating them.
First thing, stop spot feeding them ANYTHING.
I have several, large healthy euphyllia and I never spot feed them. They catch particles in the water column, but most “food” comes from inorganic nitrogen and a much lesser affect phosphate.

Got it I will stop spot feeding thanks for the advice

Also, as mentioned. The “mucous” you are talking about may be waste. The torch head will deflate to push the waste out.
One more thing, how old is the tank?
