Torch splitting?

I have noticed for the past few days that one of the heads on my Torch has not looked like it usually does. Does it look like its splitting, is there a problem, or is this normal from time to time? Its my first Torch, so not sure what to expect.

check if it has more than one mouth

Looks like it may be, but agree with above, check the mouths. You can touch it to cause it to retract and then check it that way.
