Torch tentacles breaking off

I noticed a piece of a torch tentacle was stuck on an sps frag. Then I noticed another piece of tentacle floating around in the tank. Looked closer at my torch and could see two other tentacles about to break off. This torch has been through some issues before but has been doing great for awhile now. Is this something I should be concerned about? Any ideas on causes? Tried to mark near the areas that broke off or are about to with red dot in photo.

I don't think my flow is too much but maybe the tentacles are getting ripped apart on the rock?

Unless there is something in the tank that may chew on them it may just be a growth shedding. You could superglue any that detach to a rock and see if it will grow from there.
