Hi Guys,

Please see attached photo of my torch that seems to be dying. I do not see any brown jelly or any puss looking objects on this dying head. I have sps and other or torches and LPS corals thriving. I did have a different torch with a dying head a couple months back. I was quick to cut the dying head off and dip the coral in iodine.

What are your thoughts?

This! U helped me alot with this post... my euphillya didnt open a while ago and then I dipped it and saw this flatworm on it. I removed it and now I saw by investigationg it that there are still egg's of this flatworm on my euphillya. I need to remove them with a toothbrush or some other type of instrument?

Yep, scrub with toothbrush in a dish of tank water and blow off with a turkey baster. Avoid hitting the coral's flesh.
thanks for the help!
How long does it take for the eggs to hatch?
I hope I am not too late since I only removed the flatworm itself few days ago.

That I don't know. If you are concerned add some Revive or CoralRx to the water when you scrub and that should knock off any newly hatched worms. They are not a fast moving pest so should all be still right there.
