Any basic feed back I can get about my trachy’s? They haven’t fully opened for likely a week. Basic parameters are as follows
Po4- .03
No3- 2
Ca- 440
Alk- 7.0
Mag- 1320
pH- 8.0
Salinity is 1.026

My setup is just 6 months old. I dose aminos and coral vitalizer for KZ, just good o’ wc’s to replenish parameters. I have a cleaner shrimp that I have seen at times crawling around them which I’m sure can irritate them. Not sure if it would be that big of an impact because I’ve seen he mess with the euphyllia’s and they don’t seem to mind.

Also unsure if chemical warfare could be an issue from the zoa’s. At times some of my torches will be partly closed a bit and not sure if it’s related to the trachy’s being closed or perhaps from the zoa’s?

Following up, looks like it was just nitrates. I would always perform a weekly 10% wc. Coincidentally added more fish plus skipped out on a couple weekly wc’s and they’re much more open now. My other parameters are still in check from skipping the wc’s.
