Trachyphyllia blobs with dots inside.

So, my red open brain coral has a couple of blobs like the picture. I got back in town a couple days ago, so I don't know how long they've been there, but they seem to have not changed much in 2 days. The coral is happy, extending, eating when I spot-feed, etc. A couple weeks ago these blobs were not there.
Any ideas what this is?
