My trachyphyllia seem to shrink up more and more by the week. When i first got it, it puffed up like no other on the corner of the tank with very little par around 50-70 par. Then i moved it after 2 weeks to 130-150 par position with similar flow as the previous position. When i moved it i kept inpsecting it for a week and a half and felt that it didnt like it that place. So i moved it to lowe par position aroun 100 par. However it still shrinks up to the poin ti see the skin on the skeleton. My parameters are in check and where in check from the day i brought it in. No3 2-5 ppm , po4 0.08 ppm, salinity 35 ppt, alk 8.4-8.7, mag at 1480, calcium 420 ph 8.3-8.45

They tend to react to changes quite slowly.

I had one that was doing similar which I moved to lower par and lower flow, and after a couple of weeks it fully inflated again.

Mine seems to prefer <50 par

I had a similar issue and it turned out my purple tang was nipping it. I removed the tang and it was back to normal in a week

I had to watch for a while before I noticed it as the nips were very infrequent.

Do you think coral dip would help in any way or it will stress it more?
