Trachyphyllia help, on the right side there is some damaged tissue that is getting bigger. Can anyone identify this issue and what is the fix?

Looks like damage to me... what corals are you keeping near it? Or do you have any Angelfish?

Also looks a little bleached to me. Might be hungry or possibly getting too much light?

Ill second the other guy’s questions above: lighting, flow, parameters?

It has been in the tank for 6 months with the same light and flow.
I took it out and cleaned the area with a tooth brush and peroxide. It is just about healed up.
