Trachyphyllia super inflated

I've asked this before, but I didn't have a good picture. My trachyphyllia does this sometimes. It inflates into a ball, but the next morning it's back to normal.

My shrimp and goby were digging behind it yesterday, but I've always read that a trachyphyllia won't inflate if it's irritated, not overinflate. When I took this picture last night, the tentacles were out but it wasn't feeding night.

My Trachy does this normally to get sand or debris off him. Not sure if you have the same condition

Great observation! That must be it. Like I said, they were digging behind it yesterday. They must have been getting sand on it.

Makes sense now.
