Tridend test A fail!

Almost every time I get test A fail. When it test a 6a.m. amd 6 p.m. tut it's testing OK when it does combined tests at noon and midnight,
Is it settings, or brocken trident

alk, mag, ans call. !? Being doing it for a month now.

This would probably be a tech support call, unless you can see some obvious cause (or an obvious thing to try). BTW - I would also verify with manual tests that the results you're getting at other times are accurate.

BTW - the key word here is 'almost every time' - can you tease out any reason/difference between the tests that work and those that don't?

Not really, sometimes it does test, sometimes it it will just show, fail, not sure, and thank you for the links, I scrolled through them, some people stated that they send their trident for repairs for this with no results. I'm not sure what's going on

If I were you - I would not only be questioning the missed measures - but all measures

Tests are not off, by much, alk was tested today at noon at 7.3, and Hanna checker was 7.9

This is the video Neptune sent me to trouble shoot mine. I had the same issue.

Oh- I thought you meant that it happened all of the time as compared to what you were describing. My guess is that Neptune has more information in their tech support than what was in that thread. I'm glad it helped somewhat though.

I guess I Had to complain about it one time! Now its being on a good run with out fails
