I have an APEX running dosing, Trident ACM, Trident, ATO, Feeder, etc.

Everything is running ok except for the NP. It is showing as "disconnected". I tried unplugging from the Energy Bar - no change. I turned off the whole system then turned back on - no change.
Thoughts/HELP?

Options I see. Plug it into different port. If that does nothing then use a different cord and see if that does anything. If that doesn’t work then probably put in a support ticket to Neptune.

Disconnect it from the APEX and reassign. Do the same with your router and let it get a new IP. Anything changed with your network? I had big issues with my APEX doing the same and a new router fixed the issue and was WAY better at assigning dynamic IP's. Issue is completely gone for me.

Try different cable and ports. if doesn't work, unplug trident, delete it from modules completely, then plug in again. If it still won't connect, the problem is electrical somewhere.
