Trident np testing issue

Hey guys!

So I've had my trident np for about a month.

I've been testing every day with the np and hanna to make sure it's all in check.

My np is saying
nitrate at 3.2ppm
Phos 13 and has never moved

Hanna is saying
Nitrate 2.8ppm
Phos is .01 to .00

Anyone know why my np is so far off with phos levels

It's a known issue for many Trident NP early adopters/owners, phosphates always reading near 0.
