Trident reagent does b and c mix together?

Just a quick question reagent b and c have on the labels cal/mag so does the trident take a sample of both reagents just to do calcium test?
and same for a mag test?

To get the best answer - I would call Neptune (or their parent company) directly. My guess based on how the tests are done is 'yes'.
