First step would be to remove the filter if you're using it from the sample line a see if water will pass. Second step is to disconnect the black tube and see if you can pass water. Its super flexible so I wouldn't worry about breaking it, even if you do BRS sells them for $10.Please help. Does anyone know how to fix my trident. It keeps saying no water sample. I am also having trouble getting the screw out of the bottom of the trident to take it apart. I just unplugged the black line from the backI unplugged the black line and shot water through it. It was clogged and brown stuff came out. I accidentally put a small hole in the line with a needle. I plugged it back in and it’s still saying no water sample
