Trigger ID please

Hi everyone
My lfs here in China has this little trigger of about 1.5” long but I don’t know what it is. Could someone please help me ID it?

It may not show it but the periphery of the fins has a brilliant electric blue and there is a pink section spanning the rear of the tail.
