Most of my build I guess would be covered in my 200g display build, since my frag tank is plumbed directly into that system. So my frag tank basically consists of a return pump fed from a common sump, one hydor korallia pump, and my lighting.

My frag tank is a 40g acrylic Reef Synergy (24x24x18) tank with built in overflow, and an Orphek Atlantik LED light. I won both of those from the Reef2reef coral growout competition. I would have loved to set this up as a stand alone reef, but I already have another 125g built into a wall, plus my 200g display that is my main focus, and basically another set up was not happening. But swapping out my 20g frag tank with this one was easy. Aside from all the work that had to be done to allow it.

I had to relocate a laundry sink which was right next to the old frag tank and would now be in the way of my new one. Also had to relocate my entire water making setup including my ro/di unit, and my holding tank setup, in order to move that sink

With all that done, I ended up having the 40g right next to my old 20g, so I have both running at the moment which was to make transitioning all the corals easier. Of course now both tanks have plenty of coral which makes it hard to break down the old tank.
I did make a rack out of egg crate which I like, but I made it too big. I do like how I made it at an angle though. I plan to make it better by making it into 2 or 3, that will be perfect size to fit into my coolers for when I go to frag swaps.

Unfortunately I only have one NOT good cell pic, but I will soon take some better pics.

I also included a pic of my setup at our local CMAC (CT Marine Aquarium Conference) which is a 60g Deep Blue 4x2x12 only used as a temporary setup. Yup it is orange and blurry, I forgot to go away from my tank shooting settings to use for taking normal pics.

Oh thats not me, I was taking the pic. Thats the guy I partnered up with, my tank on the right, his on the left. He did have some really nice frags. And he was letting them go really cheap. He sold a sarmentosa that was about a $200 piece for $50 and some big pearl berry frags for like $30. I was telling him he was crazy all day long. lol
