So my plan for this tank was always to have a group of small gobies, for this size (it's a standard 10), would there be any problems if I kept a Trimma sp. and a Eviota sp. together? My main concern is because it is only a 10 gallon, the two species would fight over territory. Specifically, I'm looking at 3 Trimma Cana and 3 Eviota prasites or Eviota queenslandica from Biota. Any thoughts or concerns? I'd happily only do 1 species if they work out, I just thought that having these 2 together would be a cool contrast for something like a 10 Gallon.

As long as they have lots of hiding spots, they should get along just fine. There are many nano tanks that house different species of Trimma and Eviota gobies together. Check out @noahs_nanos on Instagram. He has a mix of gobies like you describe in a nano, and he photographs them regularly.
