i have been dosing triton manganse for about a month now and have noticed that it has turned a brown colour from a clear colour

is this normal and safe to still use?

Its oxidized. The manufacturer chose an inappropriate bottle for that solution. It is light sensitive and should have been in an amber or solid color bottle. Who is the offender (what brand)?

I'd still use it. trace elements can turn off colors due to oxidation. Best to keep them closed and in the dark.

FWIW, manganese has a large number of different oxidation states (maybe the most of trace elements we use) and each state has a different color.
