Triton Test Inquiry

I usually get an email when my Triton test is received in California. It's been delivered for a few days now and still no email.

I'm worried because this test took a week to get to California and it's still not sent to Triton's labs in Germany.

How long is that sample good for?

Hi the scanner is not at the new facility yet so the sample won't generate the email. If you have proof of delivery then it will be there and you will get the scan as soon as it arrives in Germany.

Is it a problem that the sample was taken from my tank almost 2 weeks ago?

I need these questions answered. I don't want to wait so long for the test and then the results will be essentially useless.

It's been almost two weeks and I haven't received the results - is the test still valid?
I got the email on the 15th that my test was received in Germany yet the results have not been posted. Usually I get the results the same day or after it was received in Germany - what's with the delay this time?

Hi,

I've heard from the distributor of Triton products in Japan, which I live, organic things don't matter. According to them, Triton test only cares about inorganic matters. Hope it helps.

Sorry I missed this, I didn't get a notification for some reason...

You sample will still be valid as we are testing the atoms of the sample and they remain constant.

Please provide me with your ID number and I will chase it up..
