I love it, but sold out half the time. Liveaquaria salt is not bad. When BRS is out of HW, I use Liveaquaria's salt.HW Marinemix
Triton is my band lol T R I T O N 89/90I don't doubt the quality of Tropic Marin but it feels like the same issue as i saw with Triton. Despite really hoping to give the method a try i'm not about to cause needless instability due to not being able to get the product.
Funny, I don't think I've ever had a problem with stock levels. I usually buy salt when on sale during Black Friday and get enough to last the whole year.I love it, but sold out half the time. Liveaquaria salt is not bad. When BRS is out of HW, I use Liveaquaria's salt.
I’m having the same problem and not happy! The residue is very noticeable!Does anyone know if TM changed the 'recipe' for Pro Reef? I have used the salt for a while and mixed in a white bucket with never any residue. I am now on a new bucket and I am getting a coating of brown gunk on all surfaces of the bucket and on the mixing pump. I can even see the water has a brown/orange tint to it once the salt dissolves.
The only reason I went with TM was the clean mixing. I may go to a cheaper salt when I need more.I’m having the same problem and not happy! The residue is very noticeable!
In China, the price of TMP is $90 to $100 per 25kgSame here.
Found a bucket of TMP, $179.00.
Not a chance I’d buy that.
Salt is salt, but reefers, all different.
All transport costs. In China, the price of TMP is $90 to $100 per 25kg
Sort of agree but that doesn’t explain why other salts have not gone up in cost, I’m in Europe, Tropic Marin as far as I believe is produced in Germany, yet the price here is still expensive. All transport costs.
Salt is salt
