seeing it's nearly impossible to get this salt, what salt are folks using that comes close to tropic marin pro parameters..
- Alkalinity - 7
- Calcium - 440 ppm
- Magnesium - 1350 ppm

yep, i always got the salt from my LFS, let's just say i had better luck last time getting the salt before they canI've been in 3 different LFS this week and all three had TM buckets on the shelves ready for the taking. Have you checked the LFS's in your area lately?
Lots of salts will be close to or match on Ca and Mg. But they will all have higher Alk. Is your target Alk really 7? I‘m thinking about Red Sea Blue bucketI have been posting on that thread also, just trying to find a salt that closely matches tmp
Hey thanks for the tip! I’ll look at Aqua Forest as well.No I target 8, so I dose my salt mix when I do a water Change..Aquaforest is really close so if push comes to shove I’m getting that for the time being

Same I got a box on sale thereI just bought marinedepot. They had boxes
in the classic the Alk is way higher than what pro is and what my tank is..Just use tropic Marin classic instead of pro
Have you used this salt?Try Live Aquaria salt. similar parameters, but half the cost.
