just bought a bounce mushroom looked fine at the frag swap but the bottom looks like this is it save able

Of course... everything is worth attempting to save. So many corals are very hardy and bounce back after you think they are gone. If this was done at the frag swap and did this on the way home, then possibly water temp related.

I'd put it in a tank, lower light and watch if it bounces back.

ok thanks i have him in a cup with a frag disk right in a shaded part right now i got really worried because this is the first time i've seen a mushroom open by its foot
