I Just got one...I'm wondering where everyone has it in the back part of the tank and what direction it's facing. Also any tips you found to make it run better, or things that didn't work. Thanks [emoji3][emoji3]

It doesn't matter which way if faces, as long as it gets water and the level stays consistent.. I have mine set to where it gets about 1/4 of water through the teeth. that's a bit higher than the instructions.
I ran mine without the cup overnight to help the break in(coating in bacteria), with the bubbles down way low.
Is yours the DC? the adjustment is different than the AC version.

No mine is the AC version. It seems to be working ok so far, my concern was that the "teeth" are right against the back of the display wall, so it doesn't seem that much water can fit through there.
