Hello everyone I need some help! I have a Red Sea reefer 250 g2 and used the Red Sea ato which flooded my tank 3 times! I switched over to the tunze osmalator 3 nano and it almost did the same but I caught it in time. I don’t know what’s causing this. I have the sensor where the return pump is which is my Neptune for and I do have a Red Sea reefmat. Could that be causing that

Having a Red Sea tank with too much water in, is a bit of a novelty.

To have that many ATO issues means there is likely a setup issue somewhere.

We need pics of the sump and where the ATO output tube is located.

And what do you mean by overfill? Like they get stuck on and just keep adding water or is the sensor actually doing its job because it needs water at the sensor?

it got stuck on adding water but the nano version does have a safety feature which after a while about 3 gal it stopped adding water. let me get some pics

Is the water level in your ATO reservoir higher than the output for the tube?
