Hello I have a tunze nano 3152

That is not working properly.

Its not filling up properly if I unplug it from the power supply it will fill up unitil the float stops it. But once the water gets low again I notice that the motor is making a knocking sound and not filling the tank back
Btw its new only a few days

Mine would do this with timing out. I would unplug it, wait a few, plug it back in, and it would stop doing it!

I just posted this same exact question. SO how do you stop it from timing out and why does it do it? It only makes my ATO less than dependable, when every few days I look and my sump isn't autofilling like it should. I I tried manually moving the float switch up and down and it doesn't do anything, but when I unplug the pump wait several seconds and plug it back in, it works flawlessly (for another few days) until it does it again.

There is or should be a flow adjuster inside of the controller box. you can open and adjust it. i had the 3155 and i stopped the alarm from beeping.

Same here. I put it on digital switch and turning on/off. If you have apex you can put it on osc program.
Annoying though, so I will avoid Tunze nano , Non nano version seems to be OK though
