Tunze ato nano not working right

ive had the Tunze nano ato since November and it was working fine up until last week. Now it doesn’t consistently top off and it only runs when I unplug it and plug it back in. I’m not sure if it’s the pump or the float switch. I cleaned everything and made sure there was no air stuck in the pump and no luck. Any suggestions?

The wiring is good, it worked for months

Got same problem Roger told me is a software issue , so send it to him and you will get a new one
