I'm having issue with the power supply on my Osmolator. Is there a U.S. support number I can call to claim a warranty?

Thanks.

All contact info is on the cover of the manual labeled Warranty for United States of America. Phone is 512-833-7546, but email will be preferred as we would need clear photos of the power supply unit at the wall and the tip to rule out water damage as well as a copy of the receipt.

"clear photos of the power supply unit at the wall "

How do you mean by this? Plug the power supply into an electrical outlet and take a picture?

No, I need a photo showing the actual power supply unplugged from the wall, showing the prongs, a profile shot from the side works best usually.
