Tunze spec for the box is for a 39 to 152 gal tank. Has anyone place it in a smaller tank? i was looking into buying one but was not sure.

Good question. Might slosh all the water out!

I run one on my 75 it's not that powerful put it in see how it looks I'm thinking it would be fine

i tried that before.. to be honest: forget it: just take a vortech mp 10 and you are good to go.

i am from germany/switzerland and i don´t like tunze anymore.. but also without that .it is not only just oversized, but also not controllable. Water was flapping out the tank and its really loud. now i have a mpw 10 in the nano and i am absolutly fine..

Thx for the advise.....That what I was thinking but I was making a wild guess if I place it near the bottom and it might work.....thx again
