I don't think this is normal, under year old.

This doesn't even look like they have acrylic adhesive. Just clean off.

I replied to your email. This was a know issue on early units. We buy the acrylic tube precut, we followed the same procedure we have used for the 9410 and 3171 and all units are leak tested by attaching a gauge and using compressed air. We later learned that the acrylic tube supplier changed the process and uses a cooling fluid to cut the tubes, this created a residue that prevented the glue from adhering. Since learning this we changed the process and clean the tubes and then scuff them to make sure we get a strong bond. We also implemented serial numbers shortly after this so in the future we can provide specific info on such defects and try to prevent things like this coming up down the road.
