Afternoon all. Has anyone used the Eco versions of the Tunze powerheads? I'm wondering what the interface is like and the noise level?

Are you referring to the interface on the tunze-hub website to program the pumps? If so, I've used it and I like it. It looks a bit dated but offers solid functionality. For reference, I'm coming from the AI ecosystem.

Noise level would randomly be louder at times but not anything I'd hear from across my living room. I've also read that it is louder out of the box and does take time to break in due to how tight the pump is initially, which does align with my experience.

I have no complains for my 6095 and I'm looking to add a 6075 to the mix but the price tag is causing a delay haha.

Yep, the hub thingamyjig. Good to know, thanks.

After break in, they are some of the most silent pumps I have ever used. The HUB edition is a nice upgrade from the old controllers and sometime soon they will be app controlled and won't need the white controller box.
Ooh, app would be good...

The new eco/hub edition pumps are awesome! I love the programming and the amount of control you have, plus they're Tunze, what's not to like? Built tough, last a long time and have great customer support. I'm rock'n four 6075's and they're great! I could easily upgrade to two 6105 orcas in the future. One of the few companies out there trying to do something new and improve their products. Plus, the 6105 uses 11 watts max with the native power supply, but you can swap out for the 24v supply and make it the 6255 that uses 22 watts.
