I wouldn’t be. Keep an eye on it. It looks healthy to me and they tend to fix themselves. If you start to see the health decline you might want to try changing the flow in a different direction or cut completely to let it untangle itself
 
Thanks for the reply, I'll leave it alone as long as it looks happy. Ya the picture doesn't do it justice, it's about 12" diameter!

The nem will actually rotate it's foot to correct for the twist.. it is awesome to watch if you have time or a time laps camera.
 
Interesting, I should probably have a time lapse cam, it would be cool to watch coral growth and moving nems
 
My condy gets twisted up like a pretzel all the time. The first time I freaked and untwisted him, now I just leave him alone to untwist himself.
 
There was a thread once where the nem cut itself in 2 and neither survived . I would gentle swirl it back around if he was mine.
