Two Flasher Wrasse From Same Genus Okay?

I've read on this forum that you typically don't want two same specie of flasher wrasse unless you have a fairly large tank.

That said, what about two flasher wrasses from the same genus. I'm thinking of Paracheilinus attenuatus (diamond tail) paired with a Paracheilinus hemitaeniatus (half banded).

Thoughts?

I think the general rule is to either; add both flashers at the same time, or use an acclimation box on the new wrasse. Whether or not those two are compatible is beyond my skill.

How big is your tank?

All flasher wrasses are in the Paracheilinus genus. In a 6 foot tank you could easily keep 4 or more different flashers. Those two should be fine together. Agree adding them together would be best but they could be added separately with the use of an acclimation box. Both of those (especially the half banded) are in the higher price range of flashers.

Where does one get the half banded wrasse? Maybe you are located across the pond, I have not seen any available here in the states. Are they coming in as females or males. I am officially jealous.
