Saw this this morning on a rock with mushrooms i picked up a couple days ago. Original thought was aiptasia, but my hopes says maybe some kind of budded softie? Anyone know?

It almost looks like the shrooms dropped some babies.

Details are difficult to make out. Looks like it could be Clove coral or Green Star Polyp, maybe a Palys.

Sorry about bad quality, looking for the wife's nice camera. It is almost has stalks, but has the blue coloring to it.
