Uh oh got red bugs

I appear to have red bugs... I have only seen them on one acro. Am I safe to just remove that acro?

You may get away with removing the one acro and dip/Qt it, but chances are very good that they have infected other acros as well.

Also, interceptor is not available. There have been some that have Reid Sentinel instead and that appears to be effective against red bugs just as interceptor was.

I've heard that those drugs can kill all your inverts? For now I threw out the acro. I cannot afford a quarantine tank (university problems)

They will not kill all your inverts, but crabs and shrimp will be susceptible. If you do decide to use sentinel or interceptor try and remove these critters if possible.

Snails and inverts without an exoskeleton will be fine.
