My package from Unique Corals came into day, I bought a Tahitian Clam for what is the best price on the net. There was a bonus as well this 7+" clam had attached to it a Tahitian clam about 3/4" long. The packaging was topnotch the communication was topnotch as well as the service. Fed-ex ended up delivering the package 3 hrs late. Vince from UC said he would refund me the shipping cost. Well Jackie from UC called and said Fed-Ex claimed it was 3 hrs late because of storms in Indianapolis and which is 5hrs away and the package was on the truck for delivery at 9:30am here in town and would not refund the shipping...Anyway UC refunded me the shipping anyway and would take it up with Fed-Ex.
All I can say is UC took care of me and now I have a super sweet pair of clams for the best price on the net. Thanks again Jackie and Vince for the great stand up service and taking care of me.
