How far out east, jerl? On a clear traffic day on 495, I'd say ~1hr. I'm @ exit 36 and it takes me about ~40 minutes.
 
As frustrating as they can be when they start melting away for no reason, I still love these Australian Acans. :)

I read about the chromis earlier, cool fish, BUT a "regular" yellowtail damsel is $4.99, this guy well north of that, other then the "NEW" factor what makes this guy so different?

They can flash like a tilefish :wink: Also, another rare deepwater fish that became available... always cool IMO ;)

Have you experienced the flashing yet U.C.?

BTW, those acans are awesome!
 
During acclimation, it showed subtle signs of flashing (blue to light purple) but once it was in the tank, nothing dramatic. It stays solid blue pretty much throughout. :\ It's pretty peaceful for a damsel though...acts very cautious and gets along w/ other tank mates.
