Anyone have an idea what this might be ? Since this photo it has grown a few mouths along the edge,but very small still.Sold to me as bowerbankii.And i truly don't believe that's what it is.

It looks like a baby cynaria. The type that always gets called a scoly in the industry.

Definitely a Doughnut coral.
If there are mouths along the flesh like you said.

I have never seen a Doughnut coral, with multiple mouths. im probably not looking hard enough. Im going to get a updated pic..
