It looks like a big upgrade. Are you drilling it for the sump use? The items you picked are really personal preference. Just based off what I have read, that light may not be enough if you want more light hungry corals such as SPS, but honestly, I have not used it myself.

This is what i have now downgraded the stand because the sump i want wont fit in eother so doing with the cheaper stand. Ill place the sump on a tiny diy stand next to the tank.

I had a A80 on my 20 and it definitely was not enough light for my SPS, I upgraded to two A160’s which are more expensive but I got a good deal on EBay!

Looks like quality gear, smart to upgrade that light. You could also consider 2 primes if you wanted.

Personally I wouldn't go that large on skimmer, I like tunze DC, 9004 I have used and liked it.

I have a similar setup, I would agree the h80 isn’t going to be enough light. I love my trigger sump (mine is the ruby but it was custom made in blue). Getting a stand to fit it was hard for me as well so I just put it off to the side

Im not drilling, i have a built in sump so just going to pull from that and return into as well. No drilling

That is the one. I really liked it with dark body so you don't get algae growth. I have a smaller system now and have the 9001 DC and again am very pleased.

I would look at the dimensions on the 3k. It’s pretty wide so it may not fit the 20g. I have the 1k and it’s about 9” wide

Went with the following, forgot about pumps to pull water from tank to sump and sump back to tank. Any recommendations?

You are going to want to have a overflow to get water to the sump. Since you rank is an aio you may be able to drill it for bulkheads and just add them to the filter section. Otherwise you will need to see how much space you have if you want to add a hob overflow. You don’t want to pump water from the main tank to the sump as you are asking for issues since you will need to dial in the 2 pumps to have exactly the same flow or you will overflow the tank
