So I'm upgrading from a 90g to a 300g once we move into our new house.

My current stock is:
2 ocillaris clowns
2 engineer goby's
Yellow tang
CUC (snails and blue hermit crabs)
Cleaner skunk shrimp (large)
Sand sifting sea star

I also have a mix of soft, lps, and sps corals.

I'd rather not lose my corals, but I'd also like some larger display fish. I know tangs are an option, but was looking at triggers and angelfish. I'm also considering an eel, but not committed to the idea.

Are there any good large fish that would work well with my current stock aside from the larger tangs?

I'm ok rehoming the shrimp if needed and CUC are replaceable if something goes ham on them.

Pair of blue throat triggers are nice to have. Also look into Genicanthus angelfish. They get in the 7"+ range and are probably your best chance at "reef safe" angels.

Now for the small print....please be aware that all fish are different and these angels could nip at corals. It's that proverbial coin toss.

Don't forget the option of a shoal of some pretty fish.
With a 300g I can picture a dozen or more Anthias if you have the feeding abilities.
All that beautiful orange or red or purple will help offset not having big fish
