Uploading bad

The uploaded file was not as expected, this is what I get now trying to upload a picture, I've posted many pictures without incident. I've logged out restarted app and phone still can't upload any pictures. Any reason why? Did I get a picture ban??

Picture ban, can we do that.

Still holding rev, app won't let me post pics but mobile will

Rev do you have any ideas? I still can't upload pics from app but I can from mobile internet site.
