Upstairs fan replacement

Someone went fan crazy in our house. There are 6 ceiling fans o_O One in each bedroom, one in the living room that is wired wrong and you can’t turn off (mean power you can’t stop it from running), and two in the kitchen (one broken). Picked up fixtures. The one for the wife’s office is to dim so that will have to be swapped out.
