Urchin turned over?

Just got a tuxedo urchin two days ago and I can’t tell if he’s turned over or not. He was above where he is now for a while and I think he turned over for some reason. Did he?

I would reach in and check him out. Check to see if it's tube feet are still extending and active, if so I would right him on a rock or sandbed and see if it attaches or moves at all.
