I’ve had him for 2 weeks now and normally he’s stuck to something and all of his arms are moving. Now he’s in a corner and some are limp. His mouth is open and stays open for long periods of time.. is he dying? What do I do?

Looks fine other than the fact it's heavily bleached.
This one will need help regaining health and color, squirt mysis towards it a couple times a week.

Doesn't look all that bad to me... Let's consult with the resident nem expert @Amoo

the tentacles are inflated which is a good sign. keep in mind that tentacle movement is greatly effected by water movement in the tank. so the tentacle movement pattern can change if it moves to a different area in the tank. the open mouth can be a bad sign but at this point i wouldn’t freak out. visually, it looks fine except a little bleached maybe as already pointed out.

it can sometimes take a few months to fully acclimate to your tank s well. at this point keep an eye on it for any changes.

Of all Nems, Sebae are not known movers at all. What has changed in your tank?
