you could try however the apex orp probe is an ISE probe or IOn Selective Electrode and they heavily rely on staying in their proper solution. like I said you could try, however, I strongly advise not to trust anything it says or do any actions based on its readings. I would try buying some storage solution for it to try and rehydrate it. then test orp every day or so for a week to see if it stays working and accurate. if you want to run equipment off of it then id just buy a new one.

One night in 4.01 pH buffer, than overnight in the shipping solution (from a new Milwaukee probe), it reads 395 in the 400 calibration solution.
