I have been given a full set up from a family member who had to get rid of the tank as they are demolishing their house , the anemone was sitting proud on top of the rock when I bought it and during the moving process it became detached and seems to now be hiding towards the back ? Is this normal is there any way to bring it back to the top ?

Wcome to the Boards! I'm really glad you reached out. If you have no experience, there are some basic 'how to' threads on the site. That being said, I don't know where they are. But I'll try to find them. You've got some learning to do!!!!

Likely due to a change in environment, water flow and lighting. Assure water flow is moderate and do allow anemone to find a spot and set its foot (base) before increasing flow
