I'm confused .I see uv lighing sterilizers and uv filters.I'm thinking about getting some uv lighting to get rid of ich if it is or was in my tank.What would i need for a 75 gallon setup?

UV helps to manage problem like ich but it won’t solve it bc it is only effective to the water that goes through it assuming you got high enough wattage and the right flow rate and plumbing. What you need is a QT.

I have a little 10 gallon i could set up because the 20 gallon is for the frog and clown.
