I have my lights setup to where they should be growing zoas. The plan had my lights shut off for around 6 to 7 hours during the night. Is it possible to be able to have moon lights on as well and not be giving my tank too much light? I stay up to around 4 and 5 in the morning alot.

Yes, channel 5, the cool blues, is perfect for moonlighting. The 480nm spectrum activates a lot of the flourescent accessory proteins, but doesn't directly get absorbed by the chlorophyll in coral tissues. Have that channel on around 4-5% max and you won't stress your corals with excess light.
