So I have to give 2 thumbs up to Vivid creative aquatics. They have customer support that exceeds expectations.

I purchased a couple sets of random flow generators for a 3rd party vendor via an eBay store. One set did not fit correctly due to me having some older equipment. No fault of manufacture. I reached out to them via r2r for some technical advice in getting them to work correctly. After proving purchase and some trouble shooting they were promptly replaced with a product designed to fit my older equipment.

This was more than expected and a refreshing experience. Don’t hesitate to do business with this company and I will continue to support them.

Product note I am very happy with the increased flow in my tank with the 3/4”RFG’s.
